Garden Services
We help clients create beautiful gardens that are full of life, save water, and stabilize the climate. We design, install, and maintain gardens in San Francisco and specialize in landscaping, design & gardening with local native plants, irrigation solutions, and light tree work.
We start with a consultation, and let our imaginations run wild from there. Will you allow us to create an oasis for wildlife in your garden?
What’s it like to work with our gardening team?
We pay close attention to your goals and budget. At the same time, we consider native wildlife, waste reduction, and organic practices when we work on your garden. Our fee-for-service work supports habitat restoration, urban greening, and community engagement, so you can feel good choosing our garden services.
Our Native Plant Nursery grows plants right here in San Francisco, and as a garden client, you can order select species for installation during your next service visit.

Here’s what Jack & Hedy, living in West Portal, had to say after they hired us to work on their side garden:
“When the newly-established Double Cross Trail started bringing scores of hikers past our yard each week, I decided it was time to make it more presentable. A friend down the hill had recently hired Nature in the City to redo their landscaping. I liked the new look, so I asked Ken and his team to tackle our neglected space. Not only did I want to pretty up our yard, but I also wanted to support habitat health. They cleared vegetation that did not align with our goal, planted native plants, installed irrigation, and mulched. Ken, Ella, and Rachel are very easy to work with and do a great job. I highly recommend them!
